Losses or not a cap is the best thing for hockey and the best thing for competitiveness. I dont know the specifics but that looks like a pretty damn good deal to me. They get a salary floor, 300k, reduction in free agency age, and 50-50 if money is made. If thats not good enough you are just greedy
