Idiocy...nothing good can come from filming or submiting to be filmed.
You just gave the ultimate gift. Something nice to look at while you are together and the ultimate blackmail material if you break up. I think if my girl ever decided she wanted to surprise me with a special photo or video. I'd look at it once. Enjoy it. Physically. Then destroy it and sit her down and explain that while it was very thoughtful it was very stupid and never do it ever again. Because even if I don't spread it there is nothing saying somebody might break in or get their hands on it while I'm not around and do it.
Taking pics or vids of yourself is just plain stupid IMO.
