If the computer is a brand-name one (HP, Dell, etc), you can go to their website and download the graphics drivers for that computer.
If it's generic/homebuilt, and the video card is integrated, then you should check out the motherboard manufacturer's site. If you're not sure the motherboard manufacturer/motherboard model number, pop open the case and their should be a name/model number written on it somewhere. With that info you should be able to get the appropriate drivers.
