Most people don't DM well for Neverwinter Nights. NWN was made to eliminate the need for a DM, meaning the primary function of a DM is to help facilitate good roleplay. There just aren't that many serious roleplayers and DM's out there. The good news though, is if you're interested in that kind of thing, there's a website:
