It really baffles me that any woman would prefer an altered dick to the natural/original one. To me that's sorta the same thing as saying that you prefer breast implants to the real thing.
Why is a cut dick the cleanest way to go? Are you saying that if an uncut and a cut man wash their dicks the cut one will be the cleanest one?
