I'm one of those guys. The reason being nobody sees legs, unless you're naked and in my instance, that's not as often as I’d like!

So my leg routine is limited to heavy leg press once a week and walking 2.5k a day. I opt for walking, rather than running, because I don’t want to burn my limited gains through excessive cardio exertion.
