It's not evolution. Jeez. fishin, take your own advise. "The eyes have it. phhttt." is a wonderful example of how to be disrespectful and not add anything to the conversation. Hvae you noticed, fshin, that you haven't in your three posts tried to answer matthew's question? You're seem ready to heckle, and hesetant to get involved.
Middle Eastern people are easily able to tell one woman from another there. As someone who lived in the middle east for a little over 3 months, I saw it first hand. I even started to learn it myself. This is not some far fetched theory of eye recognition evolution. It is sociological adaptation at most. People do have much different eyes. We are born with hardware in our brain used to recognise facial features very well, and we are able to associate those features with people. Eyes are one of the main features we recognise. Assuming the officials are Iraqi, this shouldn't be a problem.
