Working While Hosting the Super Bowl- Advice and Stories
Soon, the Super Bowl will be coming to my hometown and as a server in a high-end steakhouse (a la Mortons/ Ruth’s Chris), I’m looking for any pointers from restaurateurs who have worked during the big event.
Any servers/ bartenders/ cooks in the house?
Everyone in town is stocking up on premium liquors and libations. We’ve got a fully bottle of Louis XIII and trying to get at least another bottle. Our wine room is chock full of the good stuff.
Jacksonville is a growing, medium-sized city and late night diners and sophisticated types of clientele are rarer than some of our other types of guests. Thanks again for the advice and your stories.
