Either that, or *Gasp* put down your glasses while eating?
you usually have anti-fog fluids for visors on helmets too, might look into that, those are generally cheaper and you get bottles that are way smaller
Be sure to read any warning labels tho, you wouldn't want it to react with the glasses and leave a film or worse.
