All I can say is that if my girlfriend had tried to wear on of those to our prom, I wouldn't have gone with her, there is a limit to class, and that breaks it. A prom that let girls wear those dresses would become little more than a tittie show, guys would be pulling on the dress when she wasn't looking causing her to fall out and give everyone a good look. Those dresses belong in a tittie bar or on a mature woman who fully understands what she is doing, not a 16-17 year old girl.
And the parental permission slips aren't going to do any good, how hard would it be to forge your parents signature for some one who's never met them?
