I dunno what girl would have the balls to wear that thing tho, one twist and your boobs will move while the dress stays in its position...
but yeah, I don't personally find it to be a very attractive outfit, but I am sure high school girls would kill for it..
but overall, I don't consider this progress, its a prom, not mardi gras
