I don't know about where it is legal or not but bouncing it does wreck the car......bounces everything loose so you would always have it in the shop. But I think if your bouncing down the street that would be illegal everywhere.
If your doing it for show go for it if your doing just to get your car low go with air-ride much easier and smoother ride!
