The thing is, I've taken nutritional classes, I've taken homeopathic classes. I know my shnit, basically. I don't eat many breads at all, and not much of them when I do, and really the only thing I eat 'out of a box' is cream of wheat. Meow.
I think it's the thyroid thing, but I've done some research on it, and apparently lots of doctors/tests don't dig deep enough to tell if there's really a problem. But I started taking supplements for my thyroid and it's like weight kinda melted off on it's own.
It just sucks when people see pictures of me two years ago and look at me now and say "This was YOU?"
At least I have a hunny who loves how I am and who I am and isn't pushing me to lose weight.
