hahaha. as far as being "moving" I wouldn't say Jimmy Pop, but as far as just clever and hilarious, he's definitely way up there.
As far as lyrics that really do something for me, I'd have to say:
-Brandon Boyd (Incubus)
-Dustin Kensrue (Thrice)
-Mos Def
-Thom Yorke (Radiohead)
-John Mayer...I know it can get cheesy and cliche at times, but I have to give the guy some credit
-Jack Johnson...I'm a sucker for positive, benevolent lyrics
-Matt Embree (Rx Bandits)...one of the few lyricists of the younger generation who can do politically charged lyrics correctly
-Slug (Atmosphere)
