Jessica because even though she acts ditzy, she's pretty damn smart under that illusion. She has her own makeup and clothing line, I believe, and you have to know business to sell that kind of stuff. Plus, she landed herself a hot guy.
Plus, Jessica is just more soft and truly beautiful looking. Ashlee is in the shadow of her sister, in singing and in looks- especially since she wants to look like Avril Lavigne or something.
