Hello, I have been working for the same company since i got out of school and i can't stand it anymore, its been 6 years and i have had enough of there shit. I know that i should be happy to have a job in this uncertain time but I very much want to leave and look for other employment and spend more time with my new baby. Now here is the question. How can you get fired or quit properly so you can qualify for unemployment?

My wife recently went back to work and I would like to spend sometime at home with my 10 month little girl. According to what I know that this is not a proper reason to qualify. Any idea's on how i could get fired and still qualify? sorry if these sounds sleazy, but i can't afford to not get any income and want to spend some time with my little girl before i look for other work. thanks for any info! oh and i live in ontario if that helps.
