3 days a week:
30 minutes cardio (usually running) keeping my heart rate between 133-165
All the Nautilus equipment - 12x3 repetitions, between 20-35-50lbs depending on whether it's legs, back or arms.
5lb free weights for arms 12x3
85 combination stomach crunches and leg lifts
Stretching
10 more minutes of cardio
About an hour and a half total, sometimes more.
