See the screws at each corner? You'll remove them, go to a hardware store, buy 4 screws that are the same diameter but 40-45mm long, and install the new fan. Might cost you another $1.
You could buy another 10mm fan but the price would be the about the same. The other fan is 2-4db quieter and should move more air.
Don't touch the fan blades.
