I wonder if you have to warn the future owners of this issue?? Is there anything legally binding that you have to warn of a ghost?

I don't think so . . . but it sucks for the next owners . .

I think moving was probably the best thing for you to do esp. under the circumstances . . . this has probably changed alot of things for you in your life . . . if you want to talk.... we're here . . .
