I heard a good story about the devil horns in a speech someone gave once. Apparently Ronnie James Dio had this aunt who grew up in Italy and, whenever Dio was acting up, would flash him the "evil eyes"
|\m/|. Dio was sick of throwing fists or peace signs or whatever crap he does it his concerts, and started throwing up the "evil eye"! It caught on...and now anyone from Britney Spears to Dubya does it.
I have no idea if it's true but it's still a pretty cool story.
