Oh Boy! I do love me some bad neighbor stories!
We live in a apartment complex in a military town, so our neighbors change quite frequently.
There was one couple who was pretty much insane. She was a hypochondriac who had a "heart attack" in our living room one night. She also told everyone, including her husband, she was a published sex therapist. We found out from her mother that she never so much as finished beauty school. They fought almost constantly. She was cheating on him and wanted us to help her lie to him about it. Once he found out about it, she kicked him out, made trouble for him at work and had him arrested.
Another couple was just completely filthy. They would leave bags of trash outside their door instead of walking the 15 feet to the dumpster. The worst part was when they started chucking the diapers out the door, too.
The neighbor we (or, my husband, since I haven't been home for this one) have now is mentally retarded and on all kinds of welfare. He hangs out with teenage "thugs" who broke into his apartment one day and stole most of his stuff. They would come over at all hours, and fight with him- sometimes outside in the parking lot. A couple of times they would fight inside and knock holes in the walls/ doors. He was arrested a few weeks ago because he was sleeping with a 12 year old girl.
