I would travel the world. I have never been dependant on social interaction, so the being alone aspect wouldn't really get to me. I'm sure that there would be a period of mourning/missing people but I think that would pass.
The main reason I want to travel now is to see the natural wonders and animals (I'm a zoology buff) so being able to do so without people getting in the way with border regulations would suit me fine.

As far as clothing goes, only if I absoluetly had to for survival (No tromping around the north pole in my birthday suit) I only wear clothes now to keep from freezing in the winter and getting arrested for indecent exposure.
