Find the problem fan. Unplug them until the funky noise stops.
Sounds like it's probably a cpu fan but make sure. (don't leave the cpu powered more than a few seconds without the fan running)
Fans can be purchased from local electronics suppliers or ordered from endless internet sites. Expect $2-5 for a 40mm fan. Of course, measure yours before buying.
