I dunno, i'd be skeptical of those x-rays. In order for something to get truly lost in a vagina it'd have to go through the cervix which normally can only fit very small objects, however it does stretch during childbirth so there is still a possibility.
I apologise in advance if this post dosent make sense, i just had 2 exams and im pretty tired.
