That's what could really end up sucking. One of our customers is a BATFE agent, and he keeps up appraised on this kind of thing; according to him, the arguement's been put for that since they're not used to hunt any American game, they can be NFA-listed. It's part of the push to ban .50-plus calibre stuff. Prolly won't get very far ( it's a Feinstein/Kennedy Special, as I understand ) but it defintely shows what they're thinking.
