I had a downstairs neighbor that decided my roommates and I were being a bit loud at 3pm (apparently he worked nights). He fired 3 shots into his ceiling, which penetrated our floor, our ceiling and went into the 3rd floor apartment. It took us a while to figure out what happened, I thought one of my dumbshit roommates threw firecrackers off the balconey. He got arrested and eventually evicted, but it was a bit tense for a few weeks.
