Growing up my we lived in an apartment/townhouse type place. One of our neighbors had three really bratty kids. They were always yelling, throwing stuff against the walls and if they got really bored, they would pick fights with their parents then take off running. It was somewhat amusing to watch the parents running in circles trying to catch all three kids. Kind of like a greased pig contest.
They finally moved out after two years and we hoped for good neighbors. Yeah, right! We got some guy who dressed in all black leather everyday and spent hours working on and revving his Harley. When he wasn't working on his bike, him and the "old lady" would spend their time listening to opera at what seemed like 110 decibles with their doors and windows open. We were glad to get out of there.
