I've got good neighbors right now. On one side there's a family with lots of kids and a swimming pool in the back yard and since it's summer now they're always screaming and splashing and laughing, it's great. On the other side it's an old couple, the guy has some 30 year old Jaguar that he maintains, it looks a million bucks. He's a great guy, he lets us use his garbage bins if ours are too full, he always says hello and has a chat if we're both outside at the same time.
Behind me though is a creepy looking house, it's all grown over and I've seen someone shuffling around there but I've never seen or heard anyone come or go. Rumor has it that he owns this house (we're renting) and is a bit of a nutcase but I don't know for sure. We've dug up the backyard lawn three times now and fixed a fence and he's never contacted us.
So no really bad neighbor stories from me
