I use it occasionally. Alot less now that I live with my g/f and am no longer flying solo. I think the aneros makes for some pretty amazing oral sex. My only complaint is that the thing for stimulating your perinium can bite into your skin during orgasm when your anus tightens up. At least it did for me.
