To Banana - I was an AU customer for 4 years until 3 weeks ago when I wanted to get a new super model and they told me "sorry...new customers only". What?! I got the cash in hand and they don't want it. I tried again last week and the same thing. Huh?!
So I said "f#ck you" and switched 2 days ago to the new Vodaphone. The rates are better and they are desperate for business...so customer service has improved a lot. Plus this has Global Roaming...good for my holidays back home in Canada. It is 10 times better than the AU Global Passport. I will give them a try anyway. Hope it works out. I agree with you about NTT docomo...I won't give them my hard earned yen.
