Benadryl is NOT Dramamine. They ARE both antihistamines. Benadryl is Diphenhydramine. Dramamine is dimenhydronate, or meclizine depending on which one you buy (the 'less drowsy' formulation is the meclizine).
They are in the same class, but they are not the same drug, and they act slightly differently on your body.
