yatzr, that's a shocking story, and I certainly don't think it's the norm. As for Irishsean, newegg doesn't have control over the quality of the products they sell; it's one of the great things about newegg that they sell EVERYTHING: the good and the bad. If you buy a crappy brand to save $10-$20, then I wouldn't be suprised if you have problems. The fact that they "ran out" of stock in that card is probably evidence that they found out they got a bad lot of those cards or something, and have RMAed the whole set.
