I like your take on this issue. The idea of the closeness factor is an intersting way of looking at this subject. You should also look at Kristen's achive at
www.asstr.org, I've know several people who donated stories to various sections of asstr.org, and Kristens archive there is famous for it's incest section as the largest collection of such stories on the internet.
Can't say I was ever attracted to anyone in my immediate family, but I don't think anyone here commenting on a neice or cousin they find attractive is anything less than normal and healthy.
