First, make sure you have the bad words rule first.
Second, on the bad words rule, make sure you have the selection for "Stop processing more rules" selected. If you don't, outlook will move the item to the deleted folder then turn around and process the next rule and move it to your specific folder.
Alternately, you could make the bad words rule the last rule instead, but this would end up taking more processor power as it would move the message twice instead of only once.
