First I would have to clarify what you really mean by talented. Talented defined is "a marked innate ability". Skill is different, that is acquired. Based on that reasoning, I would say Lebron James is the most talented player in the NBA. He has incredible leaping ability, great vision, excellent size, and terrific speed.
