Corbon and Triton put out a good product. They offer a variety of hot loaded ammunition for self defense. The hardest hitting ammo in the world won't make as much difference as proficiency with your weapon though. If you can't afford to practice with the ammunition you plan on carrying then you might be doing yourself a disservice. If you practice with range ammo when you shoot and switch to light bullet / high velocity performance ammo for your carry ammunition then you need to set your sights up for the ammo you plan to carry.
