The Bicep is devised of two muscles (in body builders you can see the huge definition because there is a split in the bicep at the inner elbow). What the curl affects is dependant on the angle. If you want to work more of the inner bicep, stick with super supination at the wrist as you approach the top. The outer bi's, which generete the peak, can be produced by less supination of the wrist.
Seated preacher curls work nice and seated dumbell curls with full supination feels good also. Good form and keep your back straight!
