Wow, nice couch.
I had a simliar war with my new bed recently.
16 screws, 16 nice carefully drilled pilot holes, one manual screwdriver, summer heat, 3 bottles of water and a whole lot of sweat and swearing.
The pain and suffering really makes you appreciate it after.
