Your razor is fine in your checked luggage. It would probably get by in checked luggage but that just depends on who is doing the checking. Some can be *very* picky.
As for the film, a zip lock bag should do it. They usually have smaller trays that you can put your change into... put the bag in that and ask them not to put it through the scanner. Most likely they will give it a cursory look and wave it through. In the worst case scenario they will take extra time to swap and check for explosive residue as Zippy has described. Again this depends on the person doing the checking.
