EPT is a good brand (aka pee on the stick kind, which checks for elevated hormone levels). You can detect three weeks after conception if you are with child . . .But it sounds highly doubtful in this case. If she is truly concerned and needs some reassurance . . . have her go into her gyno. and get a checkup, I would suggest that if you guys are truly concerned . . . It's confidental and she will get a good little lecture about not forgetting her pill
