One can of coke = 140 dietary calories
2 can's of coke per day = about 1/2 lb of weight per week, or about 30 lbs per year (3500 KCal/lb)
So, replacing 2 cans of coke with 3 cups of unsweetened/milked green tea would lose you 1/2 lb of weight per week. =)
One concern about the 'tea before you go to bed bit' -- it could make your sleep less restful without waking you up. Not certain.
