A friend of mine gave me three pounds of tasso for christmas this year(I live in a very unculinary friendly town, so this was the greatest thing in the world to me) so I tried this recipe.
I've only had Jambalaya once or twice before so I can't verify on how it tastes compared to others, but this tasted awesome.
I didn't have any problems with it. It's simple and quick. I could have used a little more spice, but that may have been because I used tasso instead of andouille(which I am unfamiliar with). In any case this is a great recipe.
I guess this is an old topic, but I felt compelled to leave feedback pointing it out to people. Kudos to the submitter.
