Go to a Dermatologist, he will give you a shot that will stop the itching and a perscription for some cream that will help...... I cut down a tree with ivy around it and while cleaning up the mess found out there was poison ivy mixed in with the harmless ivy, regular over the counter crap didn't do anything except ease the itching.... it just got worse and drove me crazy, the shot the Doc gave me stopped the itching in about 20 minuets...... I never was so happy to get a shot in my life!
