I don't normally nit-pick but this is backwards.
Special Relativity doesn't show us that nature's laws are constant. That is a
postulate of the theory. In otherwords, it is an
assumption that the theory of
Special Relativity is based on. Why do we make this assumption? Because, experimentally, it seems to be true. However, you never know, it could be wrong and that's why we still call it a
theory...
