Gatoraid is superior to water if you are trying to stay hydrated during activity, like playing soccer or football. If you are just training in the gym, go with water. Gatoraid has carbs, wich gives you energy, but turns to fat if you do not use them. IF you are trying to get ripped, go with water in the gym. If you want a couple more snaps in teh game before coach takes you out, go with gatoraid.
