Again, the issue is not "letting her out." Regardless of what the court decides, she's going to spend the rest of her life in some kind of institution - the issue is whether it's a mental institution or a prison.
She's absolutely guilty - that's not in dispute - the issue is whether she's
culpable. For all you people who are so quick to judge, I don't think you grasp the complexity of the issue or the precedent it could set for other cases.
