i'm starting to develop my own little gut... i gained 40-45 pounds in the last 4 years and i'm getting sick of feeling like i'm out of shape and a little too round in the belly...
i think it's because for the last few years, i've been eating pretty poorly - midnight snacking is bad bad bad... so this week actually, i resolved that after dinner, it's liquids only until i go to bed. hopefully, that will take about 10 or so pound off by itself over then next week or 2... if i'm lucky and don't cheat, that is.
do yourself a favor and start becoming more active. I cannot stress how important it is to keep up - trust me. i wouldn't have gained 40 pounds if i didn't sit on my behind all day.
