I think that a good move for the Browns. They have some talent on the field; they need good people in the organization.
As for the Ravens, John Clayton reports that the 49ers are interested in Jim Fassel and Mike Nolan, among others, for their head coach vacancy.
That goes on all over the league though; the Pats may end up loosing Romeo Crennel in addition to Weis.
