sorry, i thought the question was clear from the initial post.
for our discussion, history has unfolded identically to how we know it until 1945... after which is the imagined time when the US has ceased to effect any meaningful change on the world. it could be there... but that's irrelevant to how the rest of the world would have developed.
just think of it as a phantom canada.
