You know, I've noticed that about Kafka books, and they aren't often all that creative either. The edition of
The Castle that I have has "Castle in the Pyrenees" on the cover, which I've seen on books all over the place, I myslelf have at least two other books with that cover (one's a philosophy textbook from college, forget what the other one is).
Just saying, pretention is good and everything, but a bit of creativity wouldn't hurt
